Next week is fall break, and Basketball Coach Andy Herzer invites area youth, ages 8 to 13, to be a part of the 1st Shot Fall Break Camp.

On the ALL SPORTS TALK radio show on WGNS, Herzer told host Monte Hale, Jr., "Participants will have a chance to learn about basketball, character, along with music and dance."

In fact, Pastor Jerry D. Marable will be working with the youngsters on "Character Counts".

A secret to fitness will be taught by Choreographer Todd Johnson, who proves that dance is a fun way to fitness.

Herzer noted that lunch and snacks will be provided at the Fall Break Camp at the Patterson Community Center, 521 Mercury Boulevard.
