The Murfreesboro City Council met this past Thursday night and one of the biggest items discussed was from Chris Griffith, Murfreesboro City Engineer... He talked about a problem with the opening date of the new bridge connecting I-24 to South Church Street via the Joe B. Jackson Parkway:

It was originally thought that the new bridge would be ready for traffic by March 15, 2015. However, the wrong material was laid on the bridge itself instead of concrete. We were told the material will have to be removed.

The bridge is one of the largest in Rutherford County. It not only goes over the Stones River, but also CSX railroad tracks.
