A robbery unfolded next to the Kroger Gas Station on Lascassas Highway, but it was not the gas station that was robbed, it was a female in the parking lot.

A 22-year old woman told police a friend owed her money and that so called friend allegedly sent her boyfriend to pay the $20 debt. The woman said that while she was sitting in her car waiting on the man, a white male with long dark hair got into her car and pulled a handgun out and pointed it at her. When she tried to exit, a second man approached her door with a knife, according to the incident report. The two men then reportedly stole her purse and fled the scene. The female claims the men threw her purse out their window as they drove away, but took any cash that was in her billfold. The $20 debt was obviously never paid.
