In a theft that will not be cheap to replace, unknown persons decided to cut the convertible top of a 2008 BMW 3-series to get to someone’s personal property. No broken windows, no busted locks… Just a BMW with a sliced convertible top.

In case you’re curious as to what that personal property entailed… Some of the items included a Hello Kitty wallet, $15 in cash, collectible playing cards and a white purse. Of course, the purse is what likely caught the eye of the thief in the parking lot of on the Joe B. Jackson Parkway in Murfreesboro.

The good news… Police have a zoomed in photo of the suspect that was taken by surveillance cameras in the Amazon parking lot. Hopefully, that picture will help detectives make an arrest.

At this point, the photo has not been shared with the media.
