Talk about uncomfortable… A fight between three men resulted in one biting the other in the lip.
According to a police report filed on December 26 in Murfreesboro, two men told officers they were walking through Chelsea Place Apartments when they were jumped by an unknown subject. The two victims told police they fought back and at one point, the unknown subject who started the fight bit one two the victims in the lip.
The police report outlined what occurred…
“(The victim) said next he was on top of the man punching him in the head. (The victim) said the next thing he knew the man turned around and bit his lip.”
The bleeding from the injury was said to be excessive so the victims’ friend transported him to the hospital.
The police officer who took the report noted at the hospital, “I observed (the victims) shoes were missing and after being asked about them (the victim) stated he always takes his shoes off before a fight.” Further questioning revealed a change in the story and a different location of where the fight actually took place. The new story led authorities to Tennessee Park Apartments. A friend confirmed the story and no charges were filed.
