Authorities are look for whoever broke into the Cato on South Rutherford Boulevard, taking cash, cutting the phone lines and damaging a metal door frame. Murfreesboro Police report 755-dollars in cash was taken from the business. The front door had been damaged, as the thief or thieves use something to pry it open. The damage was found when the manager arrived around 8am Tuesday morning to open for business.
