A man who was weaving from lane to lane was pulled over on South Church Street by police. Once stopped, police searched the truck that Bobby Barrett was driving and found approximately 180-bags containing a green leafy substance. The bags were evidently labeled “Barely Legal.” Several electronic scales were also found in Barrett’s truck. Police say the 31-year old also had two prior DUI arrests and 4-prior driving on a revoked license arrests, which raised their suspensions further as to whether or not Barrett was driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Police noted that Barrett had trouble keeping his balance. As a result of the brief investigation, Barrett was charged with his 3rd DUI and his 5th driving on a revoked license charge. He was also charged with possession of a scheduled 3 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
