Chris Miller is the TOOT'S OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER! She volunteers her time to lead the local Cub Scout pack at Barfield Elementary School. A listener writes that Chris puts much time and effort into creating projects that teach these young boys the importance of strong ethics, morals and the benefit of hard work.
