The National Guard Association of Tennessee is in Murfreesboro for its 87th annual conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center. The event began Thursday and continues through Sunday.
US Senator Lamar Alexander will address the conference Saturday morning at 8:45AM.
According to its website, the purpose of National Guard Association of Tennessee is to promote and support adequate National Security, to promote the common welfare of the members of the Tennessee National Guard, to promote the Association, by friendship, understanding, and cooperation among all members, and to foster and promote the National Guard Association of Tennessee and the National Guard Association of the United States in our relations with the general public.
