City Council met Thursday night to discuss possible community engagement for downtown development of purchased property from Franklin Synergy Bank.

Strategies included neighborhood meetings, utilizing main street's Jazzfest, the farmer's market on the square, reaching through social media, and onsite public participation consisting of making a large board for people to write their ideas of what they want.
