Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Kim Mitchell, a nurse at the Urgent Care Department at York VA Medical Center. Someone wrote, "She is a Godsend. She was able to help me when no one else at the VA could. I talked to Nurse Mitchell on the phone and she was able to get me the help I needed. I know she works for me at the VA." Today, VA Nurse Kim Mitchell will receive flowers from Rion Flowers and Gifts in Murfreesboro. Nurse Mitchell is in the VA Medical Center - VA Telehealth Services Office.
