Seventeen years ago America changed forever, and the American Red Cross was there to help when never faced issues challenged our entire nation. After 101-years, the Heart of Tennessee Chapter of the Red Cross continues to help those who face challenges. Local Red Cross Executive Director Kathy Ferrell and Board Member Ray Wiley, who has volunteered for 30+ years, share how the Red Cross helped with 9/11 and is working now in preparation of Hurricane Florence.
