In all, 16 Tennessee counties are reported some level of impact from the weekend storms, including: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Decatur, Dickson, Dyer, Hardin, Henderson, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, McNairy, Montgomery, Perry, Robertson, and Stewart.
One weather-related fatality is confirmed in McNairy County.
On Monday (10/28/19), approximately 43,400 Tennesseans remained without power.
Below are updated numbers as of Monday:
• Benton County: 3,000 NO power and 3 to 4 days for restoration
• Decatur County: 5,000 NO power with 10 days to 2 weeks to restore
• McNairy County: 4,000 NO power and 1 to 2 weeks anticipated restoration
• City of Lexington: 6,400 NO power with more than 1 week for restoration
• Meriwether Lewis: 4,000 NO power and several days estimated for restoration
• Montgomery County: 7,000 NO power and no estimation on restoration
• Pickwick Electric: 8,000 NO power and 1 to 2 weeks for restoration
