A Foxdale Drive man being investigated for receiving and selling counterfeit goods in Murfreesboro was arrested after police say they found child pornography on his computer. Officers report that they also found DVD’s with child porn on them in the home of Daniel W. Ginger II. According to the police report, some of the child porn was believed to be of children as young as 10. Ginger told police that he knew it was wrong of him to view the child pornography. The 48-year old man was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. He was booked under a $10,000 bond. Ginger is scheduled to appear in court on August 9th.
