COVID-19 in Rutherford Co. This Week

There have been two additional tests and just over 900 new total cases of COVID-19 in the last eight days here in Rutherford County, according to data from the Tennessee Department of Health.

There are 2,506 active cases of coronavirus here as of Sunday (7/19/20) compared to 2,017 on July 12th. That's up 489.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the county is up 901 to 4,503 (as of 7/19/20). That number was 3,602 on July 12th.

In the last eight days, there have been two additional deaths related to the virus, taking the number to 41. There have also been 14 new hospitalizations during that same period.

In the eight days between July 12th and Sunday (7/19/20), there have been 6,173 negative tests to 1,200 positive COVID-19 tests.
