An 18-year old who was charged with the rape of a child in July of last year will appear in court for trial on April 24th. Dylan L. Webster is facing three counts of child rape charges. Webster was arrested in 2012 after police received information from the Department of Children Services that he allegedly had sex with an eight year old girl.
During a police interview Webster reportedly admitted to having sex with the child. The first time the crime allegedly occurred, was when the child was only seven. Webster remains free on bond.
