Bill to allow motorcycle riders to go WITHOUT a helmet moving forward

A bill that’s advancing in the Senate to allow motorcycle operators to ride without a helmet is strict.

It is also moving forward in the house. State Representative Mike Sparks who lives in Smyrna told us…

Sparks pointed out that a motorcycle accident recently ended with a death on Sam Ridley Parkway in Smyrna and in that case, the rider was wearing a helmet.
