Mrs. Nancy Brannon White, age 83 of Unionville, TN, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2023 in Murfreesboro, TN. Born in Bedford Co., TN, Mrs. White was the daughter of the late Thomas Roscoe Brannon and Mary Ellen Crane Haynes. She was raised by her step-father, Thomas Cooper Haynes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie White and two step-sisters, Molly McClaran and Linda Faye Sandlin.
Mrs. Nancy practiced Nursing for 44 years, was active in both the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America organizations and was the long-time clerk of Rover Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband of 66 years, James Edward White of Unionville, TN; 2 daughters, Evey (Bob) Freeman of Murfreesboro,TN, and Julie (Mark) Roseborough of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada; 3 sons, Randy (Anita) White of Unionville, TN, Rickey (Jeanne) White of Unionville, TN; daughter-in-law, Arlene White of Shelbyville, TN; step-brother, William Woods of WA; 10 grandchildren and 19 great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 from 5pm – 8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, Oct. 2, 2023 at 10am from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pressgrove Cemetery in Bedford Co., TN
