SMYRNA, TENNESSEE - The Smyrna Police Department is searching for suspects involved in stealing police equipment including armor and firearms. The theft occurred on Sunday, October 29, 2023.
Evidently, the Smyrna Police Department had three vehicles targeted and burglarized at an officer’s residence. The perpetrators stole police equipment including armor and firearms. Now, the Smyrna Police Department is working in tandem with multiple agencies to apprehend the suspects. According to the department, this remains an ongoing investigation.
