Detectives Seek Help Identifying Persons of Interest in Primrose School Vehicle Break-Ins

Murfreesboro , TN - Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying two individuals wanted for questioning regarding multiple vehicle break-ins at Primrose School on Wendelwood Dr. The incidents occurred on March 5, 2024 while parents were dropping off their children at the school.
 
Surveillance footage captured an identified male entering one victim's unlocked and unattended car, where he proceeded to take a wallet. Additionally, an identified female was observed in surveillance footage using several victims' credit/debit cards to purchase gift cards at multiple Walgreens locations.

The vehicle break-ins occurred on March 5. The incidents took place at Primrose School located on Wendelwood Drive. One item that is concerning among those who live in the area, is how, or perhaps the right word is “when” the parked cars broken into. .

Police told media outlets on Tuesday that many of the vehicles that were broken into, were left unlocked and unattended, but that's not where the story ends. According to reports released by the MPD, multiple vehicles were targeted as parents parked and walked their children into the pre-k school. Thieves had only a small window to strike, and get away without being seen.

Surveillance footage obtained from the scene shows an unidentified male suspect entering one of the victim's cars and allegedly stealing a wallet. Additional footage captured at retailers in Smyrna and Nashville revealed an unidentified female using several credit and debit cards that were allegedly stolen from victims in the case. The cards were used to purchase gift cards at various Walgreens locations in Rutherford and Davidson Counties.

Keep in mind, assistance from the community is needed for law enforcement to solve this case, that may have ties to not only Murfreesboro, but also Smyrna and Nashville, as the stolen cards were allegedly used in both cities.
