Murfreesboro, TN - There was a roll-over crash around lunchtime Wednesday (2/12/2025) on Wilkinson Pike. The victim was trapped inside and had to be extricated from the SUV. Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services transported one person to Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Reports indicate that the patient suffered minor injuries.
Firefighters with Murfreesboro Fire-Rescue had to stabalize the red Toyota SUV, before removing the injured person. They acted quickly to provide immediate care and the team safely extricated the individual by removing the side of the vehicle.
Murfreesboro Fire Rescue’s Ladder 4, Rescue 11, Safety 1, Safety 2, and Battalion Chief 2 responded, finding a vehicle overturned with one person trapped inside.
