UPDATED - MURFREESBORO, TN - A plea hearing date is approaching for the suspect in a deadly shooting on Joe B. Jackson Parkway, which occurred in front of a busy gas station in Murfreesboro on May 15th of last year. Reports indicate the incident stemmed from the illegal transportation of a vehicle belonging to Devon Loritts, who was allegedly shot and killed by Juan Charco.… That was Rutherford County Assistant District Attorney Trevor Lynch.
