Spring Fling is over and local businesses are now realizing the impact from last week's games. The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce estimates around 3-and-a-half-million dollars was brought into the local community from teams, parents and fans from all over the state. That huge impact was made in the five-days of the T-Double-S-Double-A state championships for baseball, softball, track and field, soccer and tennis. Many hotels and restaurants report an increase this year in their revenues compared to Spring Fling week last year.
