Wondering what is coming to the corner of W. Northfield Blvd. and Sulphur Springs Rd.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WGNS) - Perhaps you have seen the heavy construction equipment clearing the large parcel of land that is on the corner of W. Northfield Blvd. and Sulphur Springs Rd. They are doing site work for a new Super 9 gas-convenience store, according to the City of Murfreesboro Building Codes Department.

This will be the second Super 9 fuel stop in the area. Nick Patel operates the existing Super 9 fuel stop at 3035 New Salem Hwy.  There is also a Super 9 Wine & Spirits located next to the current convenience store.

Peery Construction LLC, a Murfreesboro-based general contracting company, is overseeing the development.
