Murfreesboro, TN - TDK Companies has officially broken ground on Vintage 1959, an ambitious $84 million mixed-use development that’s poised to reshape the landscape off Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro. It will include 232 upscale residences, three office suites, and more than 17,000 square feet of retail space.
John Keach, Co-CEO and Principal of TDK Companies said, “More than a housing development, it’s a lifestyle. By blending residential, office, and retail spaces with walkable access to restaurants and shopping, we’re creating a pedestrian-friendly environment designed for connection and convenience.”
The development will be seamlessly connected to The Exchange, a popular destination anchored by Char restaurant and Trader Joe’s, along with other retail and office offerings. It’s a strategic move that reflects Murfreesboro’s rapid growth and its reputation as one of Tennessee’s most desirable places to live.
Financing for the project is being led by Pinnacle Financial Partners, which provided a $49 million construction loan. Equity partners include Bluecrest Residential and Keach Investments, the investment arm of TDK Companies. Pre-leasing is expected to begin in winter 2026.
Vintage 1959 will offer resort-style amenities that cater to modern living. Residents can look forward to a luxury pool with cabanas, a Red Bicycle Coffee Shop, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and even a pet wash and dog park. Select units will feature private yards, and every residence will include high-end finishes like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers.
The clubhouse will be a social hub, complete with flat-screen TVs, a coffee bar, and a Napa Technology Wine Station. It’s all part of TDK’s vision to create a vibrant, connected community.
Celebrating 65 years in business, TDK Companies continues to leave its mark on Murfreesboro and beyond, with over $1.4 billion in completed projects and more on the horizon. Vintage 1959 is the latest chapter in a legacy built to last.
