SMYRNA, Tenn. (WGNS) —Rutherford County coffee lovers have a new spot to sip. Seven Brew Coffee has opened its latest drive-thru-only location in Smyrna, marking continued growth for the fast-expanding franchise.
The new stand is located at 800 Isabella Lane, just off Sam Ridley Parkway in front of Home Depot. It opened Monday, Oct. 13, with a grand opening “Swag Day” held on Saturday, Oct. 18.
Seven Brew, known for its extensive drink combinations, now has over 20 stores in Middle Tennessee, and plans to open 14 more by the end of the year, bringing the total to 35.
Laura Karet, CEO of Who Brew LLC (a franchisee of Seven Brew), joined Wake Up Crew hosts along with Sarah Conroy, the company's opening director, who oversees hiring and training for each new store.
“You need really good people to open really good stores,” Karet said, highlighting Conroy's role. “She’s hiring, training, and making sure the stands open correctly—it’s a big job, and she’s really good at it.”
The Smyrna stand features everything from coffees and cold brews to smoothies, fizzes, teas, energy drinks, and shakes, plus muffin tops in chocolate, blueberry, and lemon poppy seed.
Karet said she rarely picks a favorite drink, instead letting team members and customers inspire her order. A recent unique favorite: brown sugar strawberry chai with cinnamon. Others lean toward Seven Brew’s refreshing fizz drinks, including the lavender fizz, a light and decaf option described as “a spring meadow day in a cup.”
For those unfamiliar with the location, just look for the Home Depot on Isabella Lane near Sam Ridley Parkway.
Meanwhile, the Murfreesboro stand at 217 N. Thompson Lane continues to serve customers daily with strong community support.
