Deputy Chief Keith Lowery joined Sheriff Fitzhugh in presenting her award, praising her commitment to keeping citizens informed.

Heather Pedigo, the communications terminal agency coordinator, received a 25-year service award for her behind-the-scenes work ensuring that emergency communications run smoothly.
