In obedience to an Order and Decree for sale in the above-captioned cause commanding me to sell the hereinafter described real property, and in compliance with T.C.A. §35-5-104, I, Adam T. Dodd, SPECIAL COMMISSIONER, hereby give notice that I will sell on April 10, 2026 at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 5B of the Rutherford County Judicial Center, 116 West Lytle Street, Murfreesboro, TN, 37130 the following described real property, to wit:

Land in Rutherford County, Tennessee, being all of Lot No. 201, on the Final Plat, Section V, Phase III, Burton Farms, of record in Plat Book 38, Page 248, in the Register’s Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete description.
Being the same property conveyed to Renee M. Buford and Charles H. Harbison, Jr., Wife and Husband, by Warranty Deed from David V. Waldron, dated June 26, 2017, and recorded on July 3, 2017, appearing of record in Record Book 1586, Page 2194, in the Register’s Office for Rutherford County, Tennessee.
Known as 1211 Rimrock Road, Smyrna, TN 37167
TO BE RUN AS A LEGAL: March 17, 2026, and March 24, 2026.
TERMS: Ten percent (10%) down the day of the sale. Balance due at closing within thirty (30) days from date of sale or within 10 days of Court approval. Further terms may be announced the day of the auction or you may contact the Special Commissioner.
