Fri-Sun (Sept. 11-13, 2026) Uncle Dave Macon Days and Roots Rendezvous 2026 Festival returns to Hop Springs. This year the National Championship in Old Time Banjo, Bluegrass Banjo, Traditional Fiddle, Beginner Musician, Old-time Singing, Dobro Guitar, Mandolin, Flat Pick Guitar, Shade Tree Pickin’ Band all return! Hop Springs is located at 6790 John Bragg Highway in the Kittrell Community. That's just across from Uncle Dave's old homeplace where he once guided his mule‑drawn delivery wagons along the same stretch of road--and that's beside Coleman Cemetery — the final resting place of the music legend himself.
