The event, officially known as SVA BRAVO Vet Connect 26, is hosted by the MTSU Student Veterans Association and the Charlie and Hazel Daniels Veterans and Military Family Center. Together, they’re creating a one‑stop space where veterans can explore benefits, meet local organizations, and talk with people who understand the challenges of transitioning from military to civilian life.
Vet Connect 26 is built around a simple idea: connection. The Daniels Center has long been recognized as one of the most comprehensive veteran support hubs on any U.S. campus, and this Veteran Resource Fair extends that mission into the wider community. Inside the Tennessee Ballroom at the James Union Building, visitors will find representatives who can answer questions about federal and state benefits, education opportunities, job pathways, health and wellness programs, and community services ranging from legal aid to housing support. Past events have also offered résumé guidance, employer meet‑and‑greets, and plenty of chances to network with fellow veterans.
It’s the kind of event where you can walk in with questions and walk out with a plan—or at least a clearer sense of what’s possible. Whether you’re looking for resources, direction, or simply a place where people “get it,” Vet Connect 26 is designed to make that first step easier.
Don’t miss it. This could be the day a new chapter begins.
