Hardaway (D-Memphis) served the Shelby County area since 2007. Rep. Sparks stated... The death of the representative will leave a void for much of the Memphis area as he was a beloved member of their community, serving in District 93.
Hardaway represented the areas of Orange Mound and Binghampton. In years past, he served as the political director of the Memphis chapter of the Rainbow Push Coalition. He also served as a member of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.
