ANOTHER Big Theft at Victoria's Secret of Murfreesboro

Another sizable theft has been reported at the Victoria’s Secret store located in the Avenue on Medical Center Parkway. Last year, thousands of dollar’s worth of underwear and bras were taken, but no arrests were made.

On Wednesday, two black females entered the store and one distracted employees while the other stole 126-individual undergarments. The unmentionables totaled $3,797, as best the employees can tell.

Even though theft after theft has been reported at the Victoria’s Secret store in the Avenue, the MPD police report noted that no surveillance system is in place. WGNS went back to look at past reports and the same observation was recorded, “No surveillance system.” Past police reports also confirm that the Victoria’s Secret Store in the Avenue and at the local shopping mall are the most heavily shoplifted stores in the City of Murfreesboro. The number of shoplifting incidents reported is not the highest, but the amount stolen added up to more than any other store in the past 10-months.
