For the second night in a row, a report of gun fire in the area of South University and Sun Circle. Murfreesboro Police Officer Rafiq Qadir reports on Saturday evening around 11:30, he responded to a shots fired call at 410 South University. Just the night before, an 18-year old was shot in the leg near the same area.

Officer Qadir reports several vehicles were struck with bullets. Multiple casings were found but no gun shot victims. One witness reported a man was arguing with her nephew when shots were reportedly fired. She and two others were inside her car, which was hit by bullets.

Detectives are now investigating.
