A 58 year old man from Knoxville had a little bad luck while passing through Murfreesboro. Apparently, the victim was robbed at gun point while outside of a gas station on South Church Street near I-24.

The victim told officers, "A nice dressed black male in his twenties" approached him as he walked to the store from the gas pumps. The young man asked for a dollar and when the victim pulled out his wallet to help, the culprit pulled out a handgun and said, "Give me your stuff." The victim then handed over his wallet.
