Reckless endangerment of an arrow… During a fall festival event at Erma Siegel Elementary School on Friday, an unknown person shot an arrow at a crowd of people waiting to get onto an inflatable. The incident occurred at 6, Friday evening. Reports indicate that witnesses saw two white males leave the scene in a truck that had an arrow for an antenna. No one was injured and so far, no arrests have been made.
