Jurors continue to deliberate the fate of Rashii Brisbon, who is accused of first degree murder and child abuse of 16-month old Kymari Clark. Brisbon was caring for the child in June of 2010 when the child died. Local attorney Dicken Kidwell, representing the defense, argued the child had a seizure. Prosecutors had doctors testify that the child did not have a seizure, and died from being shaken. Brisbon did take the stand in his own defense and denied that he did anything to the child, who suffered from tuberous sclerosis.
