The spitting incident occurred on June 26, 2020. Evidently, the victim received minor injuries when the teenage male, who was riding passenger in a truck reportedly jumped out, pushed the motorcyclist down and spit on him. A video of the incident showed that after pushing the man and his bike to the ground, the subject got back into the truck and the driver sped away, Reports indicate the bike sustained damage when it hit the ground.
The accused attacker was a passenger in a lifted Chevy Duramax pickup with oversized rims. Again the suspect has been arrested, but his name is not being released due to the fact that he is a juvenile.
