UPDATE: Stones River Mall invites shoppers to enjoy a Back-to-School Celebration from Noon-2 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, in the center court of the mall. Originally, the event was scheduled to take place outdoors near Binks, but due to foretasted rain, the event will be inside.

The event will feature Stones River Mall's signature Kids Club, complete with complimentary face painting, balloon art, and fun crafts. Attendees can also visit with community partners and shoot hoops with several of MTSU Men's Basketball players during this family friendly celebration.

A party isn't complete without live entertainment! Local Elvis Presley tribute artist, Jason Whitehead, will present his Rock 'n' Roll musical performance on stage.

Christopher & Banks will showcase trendy teachers' fashions featuring local educators.

Tennessee's Sales Tax Holiday has been moved to the last weekend in July (instead of the first weekend in August). Stones River Mall will be open extended hours during Tax-Free Weekend, as follows: 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday, July 31.
