Baylor Bramble suffered a head injury in a game. He's since then been at Vanderbilt Hospital, an out of state facility in Atlanta and at Trust Point Hospital here in Murfreesboro.

His dad, David Bramble, says the community has been very helpful in helping them make changes to the home to fit Baylor's needs.

The entrance to the Bramble's subdivision was decorated to welcome Baylor home on Wednesday.
