"We are excited to have added Beverly to our FNB Murfreesboro team," Wilcox said. "Beverly is the kind of banker that everyone strives to be. Having spent all of her career in this community, she is well known and trusted by many.

"We plan to use her skills in many areas including lending, accounts and business development. FNB has gained a true professional that will serve our customers well!" he added.

Barker said she is excited to be joining a community bank that offers full service with many opportunities to assist its clients with their banking needs.

"At FNB you will find great customer service and a friendly smile that awaits inside our doors. That's why I look forward to seeing each of you again and returning to business as usual," she said.

Barker has been married to husband Les for 23 years. She has a son, Brian, his wife, Crystal and 3 grandchildren, Lindsey, Kearstin, and Carter.

She is a member of the Noon Exchange and works with the Healing Fields honoring those that have fallen and those still serving.

She has worked with several organizations in the past such as CASA, Boys and Girls Club and reading books to children at local schools.
