Cooke Realty Partners has announced it is entering the real estate market as its own entity. A familiar name to many among Middle Tennessee real estate, Cooke Realty Partners is now an independent real estate firm, and it is no longer a team under PARKS as of Oct. 3, 2015.

While under the PARKS umbrella as a team, Cooke Realty Partners was consistently a top pro-ducer for real estate transactions year after year.

Owner and founder of Cooke Realty Partners, Kendra Cooke, began her career in real estate over 20 years ago. Cooke quickly realized that developing a group of like-minded professionals could offer incredible service to her clients.

In 2001, she founded Cooke Realty Partners and has developed a team-based approach that has reached the top tier of success among Nashville area real estate agents.

"This is a great transition for our team and company. By moving in this direction, it helps us maintain our brand, and most of all, better serve our clients while approaching the real estate in-dustry in a different manner," Cooke said.

"We have an excellent group of professionals on my staff ready to provide all our clients with the utmost care and service," Cooke said. Their new office is located at 4107 Manson Pike in Murfreesboro, Tenn. For more information on Cooke Realty Partners, visit cookerealtypartners.com.
