The Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford County is excited to welcome two new members to the Board of Directors, Mr. Justin Howell and Mrs. Celeste Middleton.

Mr. Howell is the President of Quality Restoration LLC. Working as an importer in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, he experienced first-hand what natural disasters can do to property owners. This motivated him to move back to Murfreesboro and work with his brother, Jordan Howell, at Quality Exteriors LLC. Shortly after returning to Murfreesboro, Justin started Quality Restoration LLC, a company that specializes in disaster restoration for home owners and commercial property owners. Justin received his B.S. in Marketing from MTSU, and is a graduate of The Webb School.

"I have a passion for helping young people and wanted to focus my attention on an organization that is deeply rooted and does so much good in the local community, "said Howell.

When he is not working in the family business, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and their two children, Jack and Daisye. He is involved in various community and business groups in Murfreesboro, and is a proud supporter of the Boys & Girls Club.

Mrs. Middleton is a Murfreesboro native, and has been a State Farm Agent since 1994. She is married to Michael Middleton. Together, they have two children, Killen and Alexa.

"The Boys & Girls Club has consistently made an impressive, positive impact with our youth in Rutherford County," said Middleton. "I strongly feel that it is important for our youth to be involved in positive development, whether sports or other activities. I wanted to be a part of this amazing team."
