Bradley Academy Opens "Lion King, Jr." This Friday

The Rotary Club of Murfreesboro heard from Bradley Academy Principal Jenny Ortiz on Tuesday (4/5/2016). She told how 48 students were able to join 5,800 other students at the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta. The local youth performed fifteen-minutes of Disney's "Lion King, Jr." and were judged by professionals from New York. Bradley was the only elementary school in the nation to receive an award.

Tickets can be purchased during school hours at Bradley Academy (521 Mercury Blvd.) for $7, or during performances at the Murfreesboro Center for the Arts at $10 per ticket.

Performance are at the Murfreesboro Center for the Arts, 110 West College Street, on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:00PM, along with a 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon matinee, from April 8th through 23rd.
