The giant girders connecting the north and south sides of the Bridge Over Broad are installed, and traffic is given a green light in all directions.

This past weekend was the second weekend that traffic in all directions was shut down starting at 8:00 o'clock Friday night (8/4/2017). Just like the previous weekend, crews worked so efficiently that the installation of the giant beams was finished earlier than expected and traffic flow began far ahead of schedule.
