An apartment dweller on North Rutherford Boulevard returned home to find what Murfreesboro Police say were bullet holes inside the home. The resident told authorities around 7pm Saturday she found holes in the sheet rock and a picture frame inside and another outside the home. A detective was called to the apartment to take photos. MPD had a call of shots fired in the area just after noon Saturday but there was no evidence at the time. The reporting officer said the two incidents could be related. There were no bullet casings found at the scene.
