Jennifer O'Bannon and Tiffany Young have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners. They are based at Pinnacle's Financial Center in Murfreesboro.

O'Bannon brings 12 years of experience to her role of financial specialist. She comes most recently from CapStar Bank, where she was a loan operations specialist. Prior roles include serving as a retail operations specialist for Reliant Bank and as a teller for SunTrust Bank.

She earned her bachelor's degree in mass communications from Middle Tennessee State University.

Young joins Pinnacle as a card services specialist. Before coming to Pinnacle, she was an assistant vice president for Franklin Synergy Bank (MidSouth Bank), where she managed operations and administration for the bank's Rutherford County footprint. Previously Young served as a branch manager for SunTrust Bank (National Bank of Commerce).

She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
