CAPTURED: Suspected Murderer who reportedly took his child after the crime in Tennessee has been captured

A Knoxville man who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive list Thursday morning was captured in Ohio, just hours after being added to the list.

Tyler Ward Enix, 36, who is the father of the subject of an AMBER Alert issued Wednesday, was captured Thursday morning in a rural area of Morrow County, Ohio. A citizen had heard the AMBER Alert on the radio and realized he was behind the vehicle referenced in the alert. The citizen called 911 and deputies with the Morrow County Sheriff's Office responded and initiated a traffic stop. Enix was taken into custody without incident. His 2-year-old daughter Brooklynne was recovered and is safe.

Enix was wanting by the Knoxville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for First Degree Murder.

On October 28th, Enix's wife Kimberly was found murdered in her apartment. Neighbors saw Tyler Enix driving away from the apartment in his wife's car before she was discovered. Brooklynne Enix, the shared daughter of Tyler and Kimberly, had been missing since the incident.

Enix is currently being interviewed by Ohio law enforcement authorities. A current booking photo is not yet available.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to the state's Top Ten Most Wanted list, Tyler Ward Enix of Knoxville.

Enix is wanted by the Knoxville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for First Degree Murder. On October 28th, Enix's wife Kimberly was found murdered in her apartment. Enix is a 36-year-old white male who is bald with blue eyes. He's 6 feet two and weighs approximately 205 pounds. Tyler Enix should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tyler Ward Enix is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Active Amber Alert Report:

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation continues to seek the public's assistance in locating two-year-old Brooklynne Enix, currently missing from Knoxville, Tennessee and the subject of a Tennessee statewide AMBER Alert.

On Thursday , officers from the Knoxville Police discovered the body of Brooklynne's mother in her residence. The investigation led the police department to issue a warrant late tonight charging Tyler Ward Enix, Brooklynne's father, with First Degree Murder. Tyler Enix (pictured) stands 6'2", weighs 205 pounds and is bald with blue eyes. The 36-year-old has previous arrests for Domestic Assault, False Imprisonment, and Aggravated Assault.

Missing Daughter (right): His daughter, Brooklynne, is 3'00" and weighs 38 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

The pair may be traveling in a 2011 black, four-door Chevrolet Impala with Tennessee tag G6116U.

After issuing the AMBER Alert, authorities have been attempting to substantiate a variety of tips about the whereabouts of the child and her father. However, their current direction of travel is unknown.
