Neighborhood Watch programs allow for communities to band together in an effort to fight crime and keep it off of local streets.

One of the big issues involves car break-ins, as explained by Public Information Officer Larry Flowers...



Murfreesboro Police Sgt. Amy Norville said that she can help you set up a new Neighborhood Watch program or restart an old one...
