One bag of synthetic marijuana, pain killers and crack cocaine were seized when an arrest was made at the home of a man who is currently on probation. The drugs were seized when Murfreesboro Police along with Probation Officers paid a visit to the residence of Lamon McGowan, age 37, in reference to a home check.
The pain pills, crack and synthetic marijuana were found under a pillow in McGowan’s bedroom, according to police. Police say, “Mr. McGowan stated all the narcotics were his.” Over $3,600 in cash and a car were seized once the arrest was made.
McGowan was charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule 2 drug and one count of Possession of a schedule 6 drug along with a single count of Possession of a schedule 3 drug. He will appear in court this May.
The suspect was booked under a $7,500 bond and released about 2-hours later.
