This Friday (10/12/18), a child rape suspect will appear in the Rutherford County Circuit Courtroom of Judge Royce Taylor.

37 Year old Jorge Pena will face three counts of "Rape of a Child" and three counts of "Aggravated Sexual Battery." The charges were filed after an investigation by the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office. Pena is currently behind bars at the local jail.

Also nearing, a case involving a man by the name of Jorge Alonso Flores Del Real who will face one count of "Aggravated Rape of a Child." Del Real will be in court for his plea hearing this Friday.
